Ducks country fried...

Here are from my ducks that I got yesterday at San Jacinto Wildlife Area, near Lake Perris. I posted pics in the Waterfowl section under SJ Wed.I marinated the breasts overnight with some Worcestershire sauce and garlic salt. Then I country fried them in Italian bread crumbs and drizzled Szechwan Teriyaki glaze sauce over them with sauteed onions.First there was 14 breasts, now there are none...
