I ended up eating my tag this year too. Every time I was to get out, stuff kept coming up. The one weekend I did make it out, there was a two peak, 50 mile race going on through my area in D15. Bummer.

Well, not much to write about.SKUNK. Lack of scouting this year really sucked. Saw every critter out there except deer.Saturday hunted @ 7500' in the fresh snow. Saw tons of yote tracks, very few deer tracks, and some fox tracks. Lots of Band-tail pigeons flying around.Sunday hunted @ 4000', below the snow. Tons of quail, not much else. The deer must be somewhere between 4000' and 7500' hahaha I still have my A31 tag though, so we'll see about stabbing a Doe with a pointy stick after I get back from South Dakota
