This year will be my first time hunting bear. hunting license=checkbear tag=checkgears=checkrifle=checkfamily wish me a hike only not hunting...any advise for bear I'd be hunting with a friend of mine.

Take alot of salt. Get him skinned quick and cooled quick.

you can't expect a 200lb+ guy to out run a bear...probably i'd have to go toe to toe with him at bite, wrestle, and probably scratch (need to ask my sister to teach me a few moves) lol
