I figured I would get a game cam for my first hunting season and picked up the D50, which was very entry-level. Plus some damn thing is murdering the plants in my yard (roses, cherry tree, heather, pomegranate, everything). Since a lot of damage was done around the 4ft high mark I thought it was a deer, but a few people are telling me raccoon. I put the D50 up and each time I view I got nothing at night and 50 pics of daylight nothing, within a hour of each other. I canít find a night only setting, so I am giving it two thumbs down. Going to return it to BPS.

It will take pictures but as you've found out the old saying holds true here. "You get what you pay for." I've got several different trail cameras and the better ones cost more. But I happen to have an old Moultrie and if I set it up in the right place it takes acceptable photos. But my higher dollar models are easier to work with and the night time pictures are much better.
