After a late afternoon shooting rabbits, I decided to hang about after sunset and do some night calling. A short time on the button whistle and the bright green eyes of a feral cat hiding on a rock ledge in the cover of thick ferns came beaming back at the the scope mounted torch.Posted ImageShe suddenly looked away so I lost her eye shine and she vanished in the scope picture, but a couple of short squeaks by mouth got her to stop and look back long enough for a clear shot. A 40 grain hollow point at 30 yards from the trusty 22LR dropped her right there. Posted ImageOne more notch for the Brno Model 2 :smiley-innocent-halo-yellow:

How big is that beast? Good job! :smiley-innocent-halo-yellow: I guess I need to get some 'lucky camo underwear' like yours. http://www.californi...d...st&p=233563What camo pattern do you recommend? Boxers or briefs?

Cool stuf . Looks good size.
You can hop but you can't hide. Yahi Bowmen. Its not how far you can shoot but how close to the game you get when you shoot. Sights we don't need any sights. Why waist time reloading when I can be making arrows.

Yep Yateswell, it's the middle of winter, but the warmest winter on record. Like today, 11am and already 17 degree C (63 degree F) and it's supposed to be the coldest month of the year.

Lol.. I guess you read the other post. Boxers with the standard auscam pattern :)She's quite long in the body but not as heavily built as some of the others shot down there, although a lot larger than the average house cat. Thought she might be pregnant but turned out it was just a belly full of rabbit.
