Those look good, we put up Eisley Wax peppers and have for ten plus years. We're just starting to get some peppers in because of the low temperatures we've had. Do you use vinegar and garlic in yours?

These are basically the same pepper I get them from a mom n pop nursery in lodi and have had a little bettet luck getting more longer straighter peppers.And yes garlic a hot vinegar brine of three parts vinegar and one part watrr and a teaspoon of pickling salt.I used to use straight vinegar and a teaspoon of salt and teaspoon of sugar but I like this better

That sounds good too. A couple of years back when I was working a little more property we bottled up just over 50 gallons of these peppers. Everyone loves them but it got to be allot of work bottling each night when they were really producing. I finally dug out some of my great uncles old crocks he used for olives and when they finished producing we bottled them up. They are good with every meal.
