Got permission last fall to hunt 230acs that also land-locked a large pc. of BLM property (1500+acs.). Owner called me after I had left a card 6 months earlier. He stated the pigs were tearing up his sprinklers and water lines. He wanted them ALL dead!! After hunting them during the fall and early spring they disappeared. Well been doing alot of work on the ranch to keep a good relation going and they finally showed up again on the Game Cam. Need to pattern them again and hopefully get a couple.

Reset Cams Monday and will check them on Friday. See if the critters are still around. Got some cool turkey video and pics in the same location. 2 family groups with lots of little ones. Turkey season should be fun too. Got busted by a HUGE tom last season, saw my buddy move
and turned tail. He's on my list with the hogs!!

Maybe you need to be hunting WITHOUT your buddy. Just a thought.

As far as my buddy he was a little amped up since he has only taken 1 small turkey ever. And we actually saw the BIG TOM on the way up to the property. It was strutting on the meadow below as we drove by. No lie, it was 25lb+, its beard was a "BROOM HANDLE" and draggin!! He gets a little excited, so I make him run next to the truck up the driveway now. LOL. Anyway, going to check Cams again this weekend and i'll update.
