I'll be out there. It will be my first time ever deer hunting as I just got my license last January.I'm really looking forward to it. Down here in SoCal do most bowhunters hunt from treestands? As I' said I'm new and none of my friends hunt. So any and all advice is greatly appreciated.Joe

In A22 a tree stand will work fine depending on where in A 22 you are going to hunt. The area I hunt most of it is hunted out of tree stands. Some keep their stands up year round even though it is not legal on public land. I've been told by the rangers they will take them if the come acrossed them.

You can hop but you can't hide. Yahi Bowmen. Its not how far you can shoot but how close to the game you get when you shoot. Sights we don't need any sights. Why waist time reloading when I can be making arrows.
