On the average, about how many 223 rounds do you guys get out of a pound of powder? I'm just looking for a range.
How many 223 rounds can I squeeze out of a LB of powder?

It really depends on how many grains you load. There are 7000 grains to a pound. Most .223 are in the mid-20 grain range.

I like putting as much powder in a case as I can to get my moneys worth
So I put 28.5 grs in my 223 brass.......... oh of Benchmark & 40gr bullet. Should be in the neighborhood of 230 rounds? But .22guy is closer for the "average" I believe, with many loads in the 23-27 gr range... depending on powder used.
