I like my .44 but for an all around sidearm I much prefer my .45 Colt. My .44 is so loud that I find myself not using it on the occasional squirrel or random target because I don't want to dig out the ear plugs. It's a "shoot it in case of emergency" kind of gun. My .45 colt is a 4 5/8ths inch ruger blackhawk. It carries nice and even with heavy loads it doesn't give off that obnoxious crack that my .44 deals out, so I can actually use it to take a gray squirrel or bust an ornery dirt clod from time to time.
Sharps, the rifle that made the west safe for Winchester!

Real tractors have two cylinders and hand clutches.

My rifle is mine, it isn't for sale, and I only give guns to people that I really like.
