The best days for my hunting spot was during the rain, without a doubt but that means cold too, and i cannot find a glove that works in the rain and keeps me warm. Crappy gloves are worse than bare hands. Can someone recd a waterproof, insulated, camo glove for shooting? Most links send me to Cabelas which i have not found a suitable pair.regards, foggy

You're going to have to find something that works, and it likely won't be exactly what you're looking for. For example, you will find neoprene "decoy gloves" that you could put some warm liners under...but you won't find them easy to shoot with. Or, you'll find warm gloves with a shooters finger that aren't waterproof. My suggestion is to buy some neoprene decoy gloves and wear a pair of warm gloves with a shooters finger underneath. Cut the neoprene glove on the shooters finger and keep your hand in your pocket until the ducks come in if need be.If you find something that is waterproof, warm and has a shooters finger, I'm all ears.

I found some great neoprene gloves at Mel Cottons that I used this past duck season. Stayed dry, warm (thin insulation) and was easy to shoot with them on. I can't remember the brand, but will try and post a picture of them

The best thing I've found is to get a thin set of wool or cotton gloves and the buy a box of disposable black nitrile/latex gloves like the ones mechanics use and pull them on over the cotton gloves. The black ones can be hard to find but they're out there. If you have small hands you can get away with wearing a thicker glove underneath but if you have big paws you're kinda limited to using really thin ones. Not the warmest way to go but you'll stay dry. Keep a few extras with you incase you tear a thumb while loading shells into the magazine. The best part is that the rubber gloves dont muffle the heck out of your duck call.
