I just thought I should drop a note here in favor of APC. I recently purchased a CS24, the 1st time I used it i realized it had a problem with the Mute and Send buttons.I called APC and they gave me a few thing to eliminate and since it didn't work I called them up and they sent me a Brand new remote with a prepaid return sticker no questions asked.Its nice to be able to deal with a company that really takes care of their customers for a change.It gets old when dealing with some companies who think you have no choice but to deal with them.I didnt get that from APC they made sure I was taken care of.THANK YOU ALL PREDATOR CALLS...................Frank

Agreed, they are a great company. I've had great dealings with them.
