Yesterday at my friends ranch...was there target practicing at 50 yards....spotted at squirrel at 42 yards...so loaded a JSB 14.3 gr in my Discovery .22 and dropped squirrel right in his tracks...the squirrel was facing me at slight angle and pellet hit him in the neck area...Posted ImagePosted Image

I've noticed 'horse ranch' squirrels are heavier than those I get out in public lands..

That's one of those USDA Choice grain feed California ground squirrels. :signs1180lq:

In the Disco.22 (muzzle velocity 906 FPS)... I use JSB 14.3 gr Express...I've found that pellet to be best for this rifle for trajectory, and accuracy out beyond 50 yards..In my Dominator HPA .22 (940 FPS) I use JSB 15.9 gr..
