Does anyone know if there is anywhere in norcal that I can pick one of these up? Or even some place online I can buy this by itself? I have found a couple of places that sell them in kits, but I was trying to avoid spending $70 for one little part.Thanks-S-

Midway, Brownells. But they are going to charge you more to ship it than the part costs. I may have an extra one. Send me a PM and I'll try to remember to check tonight. You are talking about the small plunger that holds the buttstock tube spring in place? Cylindrical with a small nipple on top and small spring goes below? Just making sure, people call these parts everything under the sun.
