Harry Pelton is in Alta Sierra. Great taxidermist if you're still looking for one. He's doing my bear I got this year.Harry Peltonph- 530-273-6745He did my brother's 4x5 buck last year turned out awesome.Hi all, I'm looking for a recomendation for a taxidermist within reasonable driving distance from Grass Valley. Also, anybody know what deer shoulder mount will likely cost me?Thanks Jim

I'll try and see if I have the pics of that buck on my other system. But, here's 3 we killed in Idaho last year and a huge black bear I shot this year on Sept 23rd - was about 500lbs...I'm getting the head and hide done with the taxidermist I mentioned earlier.Lets see some picture of that deer!!

39 downloadsOkay. here's the picture of my brother's 4x5. This was taken in California and not in an X zone. Had tarces of mule deer in him. We've seen some good bucks where we hunt, but this one is definnitely a record for us in that area - I shot my black bear in the same area this year...must be the water ?!?
