My IOR 2.5x10x42MM The Rear Rubber ring keeps falling off. Super glue doesn't work,neither what they used at the factory ? Any suggestions ?

I still like "Barge Cement" for stuff like that. Follow the directions for best results.

It should be almost anywhere, it's been around for many years. I think I picked some up at OSH the last time. Check any hardware store, possibly Walgreens, Rite-Aid etc..

I had the same problem with one of my scopes so I just put one of those rubber boots over it and called it good. It helps keep the european style focus rings from moving too.
Sharps, the rifle that made the west safe for Winchester!
Real tractors have two cylinders and hand clutches.
