Seriously thinking about a benelli Vinchi.I'm in NV now and haven't switched my citizenship yet. Heard there was a shop in Sac that has the lowest prices in the state.

Im guessing your referring to the Sportsman Warehouse in Rocklin (its close to Sac) ? In which case there is one right there in Reno...

I don't have a NV drivers licence yet so I can't buy a gun in NV.

I don't think that any of the shops in Sac/Rocklin are going to have the lowest prices in the state. I routinely get guns cheaper over the internet. Cheaper with shipping and transfer fees included.

If I were you, I'd go down and get my DL as soon as possible. That way you can purchase in Nevada and save the double trip that it will take you to buy in Natzifornia. In Nevada, when you buy a long gun, you take it home the same day. Gas is pretty expensive now and that extra trip will add to the cost of the gun big time.

Larry you better get going on getting your Nevada drivers license and registration.

New Nevada residents must obtain their driver license within 30 days. You must register your vehicles at the same time or within 60 days, whichever is sooner. The initial fine for failing to register your vehicle is $1,000. It may be reduced to not less than $200 upon compliance.

Who do you buy from ?

Depends on the gun, depends on the day. Budsgunshop usually has good prices, or I usually buy through a guy in Colorado.

Out of state CCW (Utah) or CA CCW?

Elaborate on this please. I have a CCW, California and Utah, and I also have a C&C FFL, but I didn't know I could by new long guns out of state.
