I can finally close this thread.Since I originally sent the firearm to Kent Cartridge Corp, and they in turn sent it to Benelli; Benelli had to send the replacement back to Kent and then on to me. Kent sent along a case of 3" #3 shotshells.The shotgun and shells arrived today, and in good order; just in time for Saturday's opener for waterfowl season.Although this took a long time, it was all on the "off-season", so no complaints there. Kent and Benelli both did an outstanding job in regards to customer care. I would recommend them to anyone.Thanks, everyone for your input and support.
