OK, so it does have somewhat of a harsh ride and it will cost me a bundle in Thompson's Water Seal every six months.....and I'll have to get it tented for termites every couple of years....it will ford very deep water. It will also switch to an amphibian with "Proud Mary" playing in the calling speakers. Bring it on Fakawee.

After our last outing when Fakawee demonstrated the exceptional water fording abilities of his Jeep hunt rig I was very impressed. I knew my old 81' Cherokee "Jezebell" could never have done that. I don't like sucking hind teat so I decided to build a rig that could go where Fakawee's can't. Plus, we're in California so it also had to be an authentic "woodie" hunt rig. After spending the morning at Home Depot and Summit Racing buying supplies, I built this 500 hp, go anywhere, authentic "woodie" hunt rig.

I really do like it. Question.... Is that a bottle opener right behind the drivers seat attached to the pickup bed? Nice touch!

Hi Red, is this the finished product or a work-in-progress?

Is that a canoe in the back of it? .
You can hop but you can't hide. Yahi Bowmen. Its not how far you can shoot but how close to the game you get when you shoot. Sights we don't need any sights. Why waist time reloading when I can be making arrows.
