A friend just picked up a Hy Hunter 44 Mag. Single Action revolver w/ 6" barrel in a trade.I was wondering if anyone here had a Blue Book of Gun Values & could pass on what its worth, to me.Its nothing fancy, Imported from West Germany to Hy Hunter Firearms Co. Hollywood Ca. Circa 1950's or so.I know its propably not worth much, but for the right price I might make it a carry pistol when I'm up in the hills.Thanks Lee

I asked my Cowboy match guy who has about 25 wheel guns and he says they are worth more than the bluebook indicates which is low (like $165) but he has seen them sell for twice that in good condition and the right model.
