I went rabbit hunting with a couple of my old high school buddies today. I've always liked hunting bunnies with a handgun and my regular hunting partner wanted to give it a try so he just got a new Beretta. My other buddy already had a nice Beretta .22 but had never hunted with a handgun. They gave 'er hell but at the end of the day the score was Clampdaddy 5, my two friends shared 1. They both had some pretty bad luck with rabbits making it to cover before giving up the ghost. They should have had two or three each but that's what happens if the shots aren't placed properly.Posted Image
Sharps, the rifle that made the west safe for Winchester!

Real tractors have two cylinders and hand clutches.

My rifle is mine, it isn't for sale, and I only give guns to people that I really like.

Thanks guys. Alot of pistols with adjustable rear sights have a little bit of side to side wiggle to them. It's only a couple thousandths of an inch but when you have such a short sight radius that translates into alot of sight movement. They usually return to a relaxed "center" after recoil but if they are bumped before the first shot is taken they can be moved slightly off where they should be. I made some shims for the rear sight of my Buckmark out of tin foil and now the rear sight is as solid as a fixed sight. It was already pretty accurate but that simple modification made my gun scary accurate. It makes it real easy to to put bunnies on the ground.

Nice shooting.
You can hop but you can't hide. Yahi Bowmen. Its not how far you can shoot but how close to the game you get when you shoot. Sights we don't need any sights. Why waist time reloading when I can be making arrows.
