It is leagal before 2000 or 3years. Three years is the statute of limitation.

If its a tube fed magazine that will hold over 10 rounds I think thats legal still.The under barrel kind like the marlin model 60's have and some others.

I believe that you cannot make or buy a new tube fed magazine rifle with over 10 rounds. I think there is some type of exemption for the sale of vintage tube fed 22 LR. rifles.
