Called in two yesterday could not get clean shots at them.one in the apricots and the other in the almonds. Tried by Dinosaur point , san luis res. nothing . seen lots of deer ,Does and one small forky.
You can hop but you can't hide. Yahi Bowmen. Its not how far you can shoot but how close to the game you get when you shoot. Sights we don't need any sights. Why waist time reloading when I can be making arrows.

I'm not familiar with Dinosaur Point? Is that a landmark at San Luis? :)

I used to fly a helicopter out of Gilroy, medical stuff. We used to see tons of coyotes in the hills on both sides of H 152. Good luck Thumper Dunker!

THAT'S BEEN AWILE AGO. CAN YOU GIVE ME SOME TIPS ON THAT AREA OR OTHER AREAS AROUND IT? THANKS FOR YOUR HELP.

Not sure if it's shotgun only or not but a lot of areas shotguns are the weapon of choice for Yotes. surprising how close you can call them in when the brush is thick! 12 Gauge with #4 buck seems to be the shot of choice and 2 3/4" keeps it economical as well without much if any lose in effectiveness.Good luck.
