I have been making sausage, salami and dried meats from wild game. I also make my own hot sauce every year with jalapenos, habaneros, Anaheim and whatever other peppers I manage to grow. I started making some jams and jelly too and am looking at getting more into canning. Do any of you use a pressure caner? Can you recommend one that wont break the bank? After making so much sausage I am starting to try to make healthier options and canning meat and fresh vegetables seams the way to do it. What do you guys use? Thanks.
Anyone recommend a pressure canner?

You can buy anything from an 8 quart Presto for around $30 and go up from there. They are very easy to use and are worth the money.

The Presto is a good starter and low volume pressure canner.
