With ripe Strawberries today was the day for the wife and I to make freezer jam. Here is the output. There should be plenty to last until this time next year with enough left over to gift to a few friends.

Well you guys inspired me to try it out. So I am making a batch of freezer jam and some regular strawberry jam too in case I screw up my first try at Freezer jam. :lol:
