Posted ImageOpening day honker hunt was a BLAST watched about 100 birds going into a field for about 3 weeks.10 min after shoot time about 35 birds came in killed 5. next flock came in killed 3. last flock around15 to 20 birds came in try to land them but didn't work out killed 3 more ended with 1 short.Posted ImageJunior Hunt was a BLAST also. Took my son to my cousins duck club at Rancho Celeta out side colusa,as you can see they did pretty well 12 Mallards 2 bull sprige 3 specks. to bad it was my sons last juniorhunt.But we still have alot of good years to come.

Great Pictures!A short story to go along with those pictures would be nice.In the 70's and 80's about all I thought about all year long was hunting ducks and geese.

You can hop but you can't hide. Yahi Bowmen. Its not how far you can shoot but how close to the game you get when you shoot. Sights we don't need any sights. Why waist time reloading when I can be making arrows.
