I recently purchased a like new in box Browning Buckmark High Grade Commemorative Pistol. It is the NRA/Browning Commemorative. Now, I'm not a collector and didn't buy it for that reason. I bought it because I wanted to get a nice pistol for shooting in my local indoor Bullseye competition. I had been looking at the Ruger pistols, and when I saw this one, I decided it was just the thing. I can put a red dot scope on one barrel and shoot it here at the local Bullseye league, and change out the barrel and put the other one on and shoot it at the silhouette competition at the Hat Creek Range. I need to get a scope mount for the 5 1/2" barrel and that is the one I will be using for the red dot, shooting indoors. The 7 1/2" barrel I will use at the outdoor range shooting silhouette. I ordered a new trigger with an overtravel screw, which I installed last night, and I modified the trigger pull so it is now only 2 pounds. I think I am going to like this pistol.Posted ImagePosted ImagePosted ImagePosted Image

Oh great. Now I have another case of "I want one" toos. They all look very nice. Of course, this will mean a gift to the wife that is comparable in value. So, whatever that sweet little pistol costs, is going to cost me double...LOL

I love the Bushnell Holosights which are really Eotech's but they are expensive. $306 at Opticsplanet. The BSA's and cheaper ones all have parallal error.

I like your set ups Brant.. How is the weight of those Bushnell sights? I wanted something a little more slim line for hunting rabbits and squirrels.

They are 6.4 ozs. I think a BSA is about 5 ozs so not much difference - not sure about the Aimpoint which is also a good sight. I don't really pay attention to the addional weight.

Nice Braz and I think you will be real happy with it. I have never owned a Buckmark but have owned a couple of Challengers. They were real accurate and gave me no problems.
