Well I just picked up my Marlin 917VR from a friend of mine that has a gun licence. I put everything on it in hopes of shooting it but my girlfriend call and said we should do something so I ended up doing something with her and didn?t get to shoot it . Hopefully tomorrow is a good day like yesterday was no wind at all. Here are some pictures I took with my cell phone camera so not the best but they will do for now. Go ahead and tell me what you guys think. Thanks!!

Have you used that BSA Sweet 17 scope before? They make excellent tent stakes but seems to have problems holding POI on a gun. Maybe your's will be better. I was ready to beat someone to death with mine but Midway was kind enough to take it back before I had to.

I would have taken my girlfriend but she lives an hour and a half away. So, it would have been hard to find some place there. And it was windy there so I wouldn’t have been able to anyways. Yeah, I got it sighted in tonight, it wasn’t calm but not too bad of a wind. After I got it sighted in my brother and I went out and shot some Jacks. And after shooting 30 jacks tonight (one at about 220 yards) it was still shooting as it had been when I had it sighted it in so no problems yet. I would have taken some pictures of the groups but didn’t have a camera or my phone. I did do 3 shot groups with the Hornady, CCI (V-Max and HollowPoint), Federal, Remington, and Winchester. Surprising to me was that the best grouped was the Hornady and the CCI HollowPoint . But Im not taking those as true results until I go shooting when there is no wind. And Yeah Stiff Neck, we have a long shop because I live on a farm, the one that we put all our equipment in that is about 120 yards long it would be a perfect inclosed no wind shooting range. The only problem is the Tractors, Trucks and other equipment in the way. I have always told my dad that it would be awesome to clear out a place to shoot in there he just never seems to see it my way.

Im from North Central Wyoming, Worland to be exact, a very large town of 5500 people!where are you from bubblyjock. It really doesn't matter what color they are they will break down when you really need them the most.
We actually havent had any trouble this year with the tractors yet (knock on wood). Just got a brand new 8230 OOOO and yes my girlfriend thinks my TRACTOR'S sexy, haha
