Did you see the price on those? I would recommend a different set of scopes if you can go $500 or more... Leupold Riflescope 3.5-10X50 Duplex Reticle VX-3 $579.98 new - WalmartLeupold Riflescope 3.5-10X40 Duplex Reticle VX-3 $499.98 new - WalmartAwesome. Thank you for the info. I will check into these scopes and pass them by the master for approval (the wife
) and we'll go from there. So the 50mm I should not go for? What is was thinking of going with was the Leupold 3.5-10x50 (or close to it) or x40 I cant remember which one. I think it was 40. I don't want a high mount I dont want a bulky rifle and for my head it just wouldn't work for me. I dont always use the magnification I dont know if it's too much of a problem at least I don't think so. I like to leave it where i sighted it cause I prefer to use the spotting scope to do that to verify my shot and range. I do not have a range finder, I like to use my own guesstimation for that. Thank you for the info

BASS PRO has the Nikon coyote on salehttp://www.basspro.c...5001000_425-1-0 38-872-979-00 3-9x40mmFOV=35.7'-11.9' 13.1"16 OZ3.6"-3.6" EYE RELIEF $279.99 $229.77 In StockA couple other choices based on your $$$ requirement and best bang for the buck. I tend to like more mag. from my bench rest daze... I own all of these and the Nikon might be my favorite but they are all pretty good. I put them in order of optics performance in my opinion. These are the retail list prices and I paid less in every case except maybe the Mueller.Good luckhttp://www.opticspla...c-predator.htmlNikon Coyote Predator Special 4-14x50 $330 (sorry - this is a stretch)http://www.opticspla...scope-678m.htmlSwift 6-24x50 or 8-32x50 $250http://www.muellerop...MT41650IGR.htmlMueller 4-16x50 Tacticle Illuminated reticle $250http://www.opticspla...bnr-716185.htmlBushnell 6-18x50 $130
