I got my son a new bow for his b-day last week. This gives me a good reason to spend more time at the range, and a new shooting partner.Attached File  1.jpg   26.85KB   32 downloads

Way to go . Starting him out right no training wheels. ;)
You can hop but you can't hide. Yahi Bowmen. Its not how far you can shoot but how close to the game you get when you shoot. Sights we don't need any sights. Why waist time reloading when I can be making arrows.

I was waiting for that one Thumper. I think it's best for the little ones to start with a bare bow and learn good technique before giving them a wheel bow. When he's ready he will have a compound, IF HE WANTS ONE.

Great Job. A bow given to me by my grandfather was my prized possession when I was little.

That's a picture I'd have on the wall for a LONG time.
Q: "What do you hunt with that?" A: "Name it"-Rambo
