For once politicians got it right......but typically this is what F & G does with our money spending it on things other than the attended purpose. Follow the link and read the story. http://www.redding.c...stamp-repealed/How much more of our money is wasted by this organization and we wonder why our hunting and fishing experiences are half rate in this state.

Well, the Bay-Delta stamp was created when the state couldn't get its hands on the monies from the old Striper Stamp. So I think this is all hog wash. The state doesn't care about the fishing otherwise this would have been proposed by a legislator that was involved in the area it encompassed. Even though it had support from the two other bozo's it's still a sham and a way for people that don't have a clue to steal our sport fishing money. If the governor wasn't allowed to select the F&G commission board members and would keep out of F&G maybe we'd have a decent system. Who knows the whole system here sucks!

Not that it matters too much financially anyways for next year. Yeah they ditched the stamp but raised(once again) the fees for everyone for the license.
