So I was out in the field yesterday pasting squirrels, I pick up and move location. As I'm settling back in, the rubber join that holds the sticks together broke leaving me w/ 2 separate halves bipod. This a.m. I give them a call and new caps are on their way. No questions other than what model. Very helpful, very pleasant with no if's ands or buts... (y)
