So I got to go out duck hunting several times while I was home on leave (alaska) in september. I gave up moose hunting and went duck hunting 8 times while I was on my 3 week vacation. I shot about 50 ducks through it all. I dont have a boat anymore back home, so I did all my hunts on foot. Makes for a 6 mile hike through some mountains to my favorite swamp. Having said that, not many of my buddys ever go with me.Didnt really see anyone out there this year, I was the only shooter most the time. Took a picture with my blackberry the day before I had to come back home on my last trip...Theres some mallards, wigeon, and 1 teal

I didn't know Alaska had duck hunting.

Thats a nice strap. I was a little disappointed though to be honest I though. I thought you were gonna have some of those beautiful Alaskan Sea Ducks. Good job anyhow!
