So who here had some luck at pulling a ressie for the Socal opener at either Wister or San Jacinto? I sure didn't nor anybody in my hunting party. So it looks like I'll be in the sweat line for the opener down at Wister.

As in both city & hunting license number? I would have been excited and then sad if that happened to me.

For San Jacinto. Someones hunting license number was 3 above mine. Dangit!!!! SO close, it was like reading Lottery numbers out loud and then missing the last one. LOL

Well 6 out of 8 in my party pulled Sat and Sun for Mendota. But my Dad ended up with #1 at Little Dry Creek for Saturday and his Buddy pulled # 1 Sacramento for Sunday! How lucky is that. Needless to say they went out and bought super lotto tickets for this weekends jackpot.

I ggot an ivite from 2 people to hit Wister on the opener and to go to Tule Lake, but alas, I will be on vacation doing my own thing. Good luck to all that shoot on the opener.

Well, what can I say. Ive never been duck huntin and ive already had the family trip planned. I cant bail out on them now. You ever been to Tule Lake?
