It's not a Savage but it should work. I'd go with the all black one and then you can paint it and not feel bad. Or have Dave's daughter paint it, she does good work.

I usually don't buy much from Wild Sports but their price was$30.00 - $100.00 cheaper than the rest in this area.I will check with Stephen tomorrow, he was not in today.

Those are some nice rifles. Nice price too!Too heavy for my liking though 7 1/4 and 7 3/8 pounds respectively.

I wouldn't give the Communist Conspiracy (AKA Wild Sports) a nickel of my money unless I was really in a bind. They have the rudest staff behind the gun counter that I have ever dealt with.

I have to agree with you to a point. They haven't been straight up rude to me, but I can never get anyone to really help with anything, It's like they are doing you a big favor being present in front of you. Of course there is always the "watcher" at the door - Mr, "Behind the red line", to me. Gives me the creeps. db

The Stainless is only $80.00 moreStainless = $600.00 OTDBlued = $520.00 OTDLater I am thinking of a mid-weight rebarreland restock.Plus Stainless is Purty, so the purchase goes over better with the head of the house Should I expect Sub Moa out this rifle ? or am I hoping against hope.
