Macaroni Salad2 cups Mayo1/2 cup sweet relish3-4 celery stalks, thinly diced1/2 of a red onion1 small can chopped olives6 hard boiled eggs1 bag macaroni noodlescelery saltgarlic powderonion saltCook macaroni according to package directions, drain well, let cool. Hardboil eggs, let cool. Meanwhile, mix mayo, relish, celery, red onion, olivesin bowl. I start off with 1/2 a teaspoon each of celery salt, garlic powderand onion salt. You can add more from there. When eggs are cooled, dicethem, then add all ingredients together. Make sure to taste it to see if youneed more of anything like mayo, relish, etc. Let flavors combine in thefridge for a few hours or overnight (I like to do this). If the mixtureneeds to be more creamy add a splash of milk and stir.
