Sometimes I do it that way, but lately I have been plucking them and stuffing them with two pieces of bell pepper with cube of butter in the middle of the two pieces of bell pepper. I then season them up and wrap in tin foil and throw on the barbecue, indirect heat for about 45 min. It steams them and they are so tender the meat will fall off of the bones.
