Very slow day on squirrels yesterday......so while sitting glassing area with binocs spotted a lone CT.....lasered him at 91 yards.....he went down with no wiggles....Springfield/Stevens...Rem HP 36 gr.....Posted ImagePosted ImagePosted ImageTook shot from old tree fall....CT at red circle in pic...Posted Image

100 yards is my self imposed limit with this rifle...but with 2.2" drop at 90 yards,I manage ok with it...squirrels are much tougher target at that range....and have not had opportunity yet....From serial no on this rifle,appears it was built around 1948...so only shooting Rem HP 36 gr 1280 vel rimfires...

You can hop but you can't hide. Yahi Bowmen. Its not how far you can shoot but how close to the game you get when you shoot. Sights we don't need any sights. Why waist time reloading when I can be making arrows.
