Well I had hoped to post me and that FootBow that I shot twice today. You have to see it. But my pics, are way to big to be posted on this site and I have no idea how to make them smaller. But I finally figured it out!El

Looks like your serious about whatever it is your shooting at. I would not have wanted to be down range in front of your feet while drawing that thing back

Good question Mike; well, I weight about 155 lbs, so I think if it took my body weight to pull that thing, then go from there! I'll have to ask at the range to see if the guy that brought it can be contacted on that! Your right, I was giving that thing all my might and I felt sorry for any bugs or varmints that got in my way! She's a beaute ain't she?

Goodness, I've never seen anything that big before. I guess it was better you pulling it than me. I would have a sore back for days, maybe even weeks LOL.

Yeah, bretmoua, I'm paying for it dearly tonight. Shoulder blades are tighter than a tick on deer! I'm going to need some tiger balm rubbed into them tonight! Whew! What a number that thing did on me! But it was fun!

I'd be afraid to take the tops of my kneecaps off with that one! I'll bet that 1000 + grain arrow would go right through a wood 2x6 no problem.

Looks like fun. I would have to put a weight on my chest or head though to lift my feet and that bow off of the ground at the same time for elevating shots. Were you able to hit any thing with it?

Bennie,That's exactly what I needed but I was told, later, that swinging back, like your in a recliner is the trick, and no my arrows went whizzing barely above the ground! Almost hit a bale of hay, but the president of the club, a female, hers went into the air and almost hit a target! She's tough; so it can be done!El

WOW that thing is to cool! Would be hell if you saw a pig with to get all set up for a shot, but it would be fun. Is this bow just for fun or do the person that owns it hunt with it?

Hey Airman! Yeah, it would be hard! No, I think they don't hunt with it. The guy actually takes it around to the Renaissance Fairs to show how it was probably used to protect castles and possibly shoot horses that approaching enemies rode in on. But I personally, would sit up in a stand and shoot at some big game with this thing!

Don't know if anyone asked this yet, but how big are those arrows? How big around are they also? I imagine they would have to be a good size in diameter to be shot.

Okay, I was told that bow pulls about 170 lbs. So hope that helps. Still trying to find out the size of those arrows!
