Basically it says you cant even pin your mag, the lowers will not be listed and if you put a grip on your non-listed lower you made an assault weapon.CADOJ info on non-listed lowers
Bullets are pretty worthless. All they do is hang around waiting to get loaded.

Very. There are a lot of guys who are offering to contribute to gun friendly lawyers to plead our cases and challenge any laws that they (CA DOJ) try to pass to take away all these off list lowers.No doubt this is going to be a long drawn out battle that is likely to take years to resolve.

My two recievers are still stripped and in the safe.... If this is true, they will stay like that for a while and just be a part of the whole un-listed history :)
