hntnnut,I'm running an older model SanDisk with 1mb memory with my homebrewed rig. It holds plenty of sounds, and is back lit and easy to load off the computer. I picked mine up used on E-Bay for $25 four years ago. There are so many cheap new units out there now that you might want to go that route. Ease operation in low light conditions and ease of loading sounds was my first consideration when I was looking for one.Truckeedan

1mb? you mean 1GB.

Maybe that's why it just goes "Yip" and shuts off!
