Hot Artichoke Dip

This stuff is awsome and easy to make, a tad bit bad for Ya'
12 oz. artichoke hearts drained and chopped1/2 cup parmesan cheese12 oz. shredded jalapeno or pepper jack cheese1 cup mayo1/2 cup diced jalapenos drainedMix together well and bake at 350 for 30 min.Serve hot or still warm.

Boy that does sound good. My wife is gonna be a happy camper. She always gets that at cattleman's now I can make it for her with out it costing me a $50.00 bill and a trip in the traffic.

I'm too lazy I guess. Costco has chunky artichoke and jalapeno dip that satisfies me, but I did give the recipe to my wife. he he

I've been meaning to make Hylander's recipe since he posted it and haven't.
But I was at Costco yesterday looking at a new 50 inch Plazma TV to replace my 42 inch. Then I remembered what the bzzrd had said and picked up some of what they sell. Man that stuff is good. I have to get more now!
Man that bzzrd feedr sure knows his Costco and good eat!
