Just entered my California 10 period on 2 new rifles. A Browning A Bolt Varmint Stalker in 223 and a Ruger K77/17VMBBZ in 17hmr. I'm looking at Mueller and the Swift scopes. Anybody have any feedback on these two companies. Thanks

I own two Mueller scopes and I would buy a third. I like to say they are 90% as good as scopes 300% more expensive.
Bullets are pretty worthless. All they do is hang around waiting to get loaded.

I too like my Mueller's. I just bought my thrid to go on the HMR with the MilDot reticle. I've got two with the illuminated dot for night time shooter that work really well.

I'll speak up for Swift scopes. I have one mounted on a 17HM2 and love it! Clear and priced within my reach.

Decided to get both. Got a Swift Premier 6x24x50 and a Mueller 8x25x50. Should be a good comparison test.

Have the Mueller 8.5X25 mil dot, love it. It's closer to my Leupold's than Simmons or Bushnell's.

From what I've read about Muellers and Swift (I have a Swift), you should be very happy with your purchase. Keep us posted on your testing.
