I still can't believe I did this. Two .25 cal airguns in as many weeks. The first was a Sumatra 2500 500cc, and now a Rapid. Proof that there is NO cure for this addiction. :signbummer8tl: Posted Image

Congrats on two nice air rifles. Need some 'yote pics now that you've got the big cannons. :D

you will LOVE your rapid .25... I cant shoot mine enough. If you are willing to part with it for a bit, I would highly suggest sending it off to one of the tuners (Allan Zasadny) to have him go through it and set it up exactly they way you like it. I ordered mine and had it sent directly to him for the works. Mine is set up to shoot 31gr Kodiaks at about 915 for for 3 mags (36 shots) off a 400 cc bottle. Thats about 58 ft/lbs of energy, enough for some clean kils on rabbit, possum, squirrel type animals out to around 100 yards if you can place the pellet. Mine took a few hundred to break in but now it shoots 12 shots in a single hole at 25 yards. Enjoy yours!!! How do you have it set up now, what kind of glass, ammo, etc?

Upon looking closer at your pics, I see you already have Allan Z's quick fill on the bottle and what looks to be a 500cc tank. Way to go. What are the specifics on the rifle?

A17 and SoCalThanks, I love this thing. It has already been gone through by Allan Z and it has Swifts 220 valve and one of his bolt handle. Here are some chrono numbers that Rick Petrson took before he sold me the gun. As for glass, Im waiting for a weaver rail that I ordered. Gonna do some scope switching and either put a MTC Viper 6x24x56 30mm on it or a Leupold MK4 8.5x25 milldot 30mm on it.
