Start by listing the brands of lead free ammo, by caliber and weight that are available in your shop.

It just seems to me that it would put everyone on even footing here, knowing what is available. Then, if they know you can supply it, assuming you can, it will make it a whole lot easier. And may result in some nice sales for you. I know it is a pain to list, but once listed, then it is only a matter of updating it.

I agree, it would be nice to know what's available. It would even be nice to know what will be available.

The only green ammo I've tried is the 22 mag. stuff. I just went out to cut some paper to see how it shot. It seemed to do OK but I haven't shot any GS's to evaluate it's effectiveness in pest control.

We had to put down some 6 year old chickens recently so I let my son have at em with his 22 mag using the lead free CCI....Wish I'd taken some photos....but the wound tracts were incredible and cone shaped......lots of internal damage and stone cold clean kills....but thats with a chicken.

I believe Winchester is the only manufacturer at this time that has non lead .22LR in the works.
