This is the first pig I have taken and I was wondering if it needs to be aged? It is in my refrigerator at the moment. I usually age my game for about a week in the fridge but I was wondering if it is appropriate for swine. This pig was primarily eating Macadamia nuts, Avocado and Mango so it is really fat. What do you guys and gals recommend? Thanks!

Pork does not need to be aged like venison.2-3 days and your good to start wrapping.
