Well i went out this afternoon too a 500 acer ranch its mostly pasture with some oat Fields. When i got there i saw this coyote in the middle of this pasture then he saw me so i got out and took aim.well he didn't stop so i didn't shoot.I wanted to try and call him in i got back in my truck and drove to the back of the ranch .I walked in a few hundred yards and started blowing my cotton distress call i waited 10 minutes i thought it was not working maybe i wasn't making the right sound.I got up darn i saw him take off running he was only a hundred yards or so away i should have waited longer like you guys have posted 30 minutes for each stand :P .I am going back Sunday maybe ill have better luck...

To bad now there is a educated yote running around there. I'm sure if you wait a couple of weeks you might have a chance but they are pretty smart. But where there is one there are more. Good luck next time.

Been there done that. When you go back you might want to try a difrent call.
You can hop but you can't hide. Yahi Bowmen. Its not how far you can shoot but how close to the game you get when you shoot. Sights we don't need any sights. Why waist time reloading when I can be making arrows.

Didn't you read the forum rules? CPC doesn't want us posting pictures of animals unless they're dead, the more dead (spattered) the better. If you have pics of extremely dead animals, you may want to save them for the members only section.
