Either my eyes are worse than I thought or these are one piece strip upper and lower....Are they one piece? If so, how do you clean them? Do you have to remove the butt stock to take out the bolt and charging handle?

They are two piece... David @ Irvington Arms has been trying to get me to pick up a Sundevil Lower for my planned 6.5 Grendel build... Says its a solid bottom that will wear less then the stag and can handle the abuse of the 6.5 better...

They do not have a forward assist either. They are billet, so they fit together perfect. They seem beefier than regular lowers too. I was thinking of one for a 6.5 grendel too.

Irvington Arms(up here in Fremont) has Stripped Lowers for 200, not sure what finishes since I've only received quotes over the phone.

Are you talking about Billet Milled like these, or regular stripped lowers?Regular lowers are cast aluminum.

That is a good price. The purple one I found was $280. I had to pass on it- purple? I think I can get them around $200 but the question is IF they are available. (still waiting) I'd be fine with black or even devil coat. They come as a stripped lower and as a lower/upper kit. The lower/upper together (slick side) is the one I am looking for. The MSRP on their website is $319 for them. (before the Obamanation)

I heard from Irvington today- they quoted $200 for the lower and $160 for the upper. So $360 got the group... $40 over MSRP. They are also out of them and expect more in 5 weeks. They have a pre-paid order list going on them. Damn democrats! This election cost me a lot of cash. Prices are up on everything already. I am SOOOOOOO happy I ordered those 3 stag lowers before the election! (and a couple extra uppers at pre-election prices)

Yep, in your post you had said $200 for lowers. I wasn't sure if you were just quoting regular lowers for $200 or the Sundevil ones. :smiley_turkey_pop_up_log:

Awesome! So you are going for the upper/lower combo for the $360? They are nice, great looking/feeling in person. I hope I hear back soon on the one(s) I am trying to get my hands on.
