Has anyone tried the RWS .22 caliber Hyper Velocity Airgun Pellet? They're only ten cents apiece. Just wondering how they shoot.Link to Hyper PelletsWonder if that plastic skirt peels off when it leaves the barrel?

Most have found them not to be very accurate. Plus for me anyway the faster they are the louder the gun. I like JSB pellets myself and the 14.3gr are plenty fast. But for a little more knock down the 15.8gr ones are good.

I tried them in my 1950's era Crossman pump pistol. They were a bit quicker to the target but didn't provide much of a "thump" when they got there, as compared to my tin of Kodiaks. Not sure about the skirt - I guess I could dig into my trap and retrieve some.
