I'm doing a job on some property that is several acres and has a problem with ground squirrels. I did a search on the San Jacinto Municipal code website for "pellet" and for "fire arm" and found nothing. I also read through the TOC and a few of the chapters and found nothing relating to fire arms in general or pellet guns specifically. That's just to good to be true. Can anyone steer me straight? Thanks,

Hey Thanks - problem is that this property (12 acres) is within the city proper and I just want to shoot a pellet gun without seeing the man....

You should be ok...but I'd have a hunting license along...avoid shooting within 150 yards of adjacent buildings off that property...did you check the Riverside County codes...???

Yeah I remember that. I'm actually taking about a 12 acre parcel in the city right across the street from some dairies. The county code leaves me guessing. I can't believe that that SJ Muni Code is silent. I just want to clear up a squeek problem with a pellet gun. This is frustrating.
